Les Hauts de Guillaman 2019 41.8% Slightly sparklingA single vineyard Merlot aged in barrels, complex and powerful, with aromas of ripe red fruits, roasted cocoa beans, vanilla & spices. Full bodied, dense and round on the palate with melted tannins, beautiful length with menthol notes on the finish. 4 to 6 week fermentation with full skin contact maceration, gentle pressing with only indigenous yeast. Malolactic fermentation followed by 18 months aging in French oak barrels. Ideal pairing with a duck
