A little Penelope horse, also in rhinestones, sits in the middle of the left thigh. These comfortable stretch breeches have non slip reinforcements on the inside of the knees and a slightly high, close fitting waist. The lower leg is made from Lycra to adapt to a wide range of body shapes. A very pretty, feminine piece that is comfortable to wear
