Ragstone Region_Burgundy The goal of Fuso isProduced by Neals Yard Creamery in rural Herefordshire close to the English border with Wales. Milk is collected daily from a single farm 15km from the creamery. Ragstone is a log shaped goats cheese with a pale and wrinkly rind. Ragstone has aromas of mushroom, vegetables and citrus. Flavour wise Ragstone is savoury, lactic and mushroomy which are long and complex on the palate. Ragstone has a lovely smooth and creamy texture, with a buttery
