Antique Natural Sapphire and Diamond Conversion Ring of 14k Gold morris column charm (This chain is for displayThis 14k gold ring features a natural deep blue sapphire surrounded by a halo of primitive rose cut diamonds. The face of the ring was originally an antique stick pin (circa 1870 1890) transformed by removing the pin stem and adding a 14k gold band. The ring is in good condition with some chipping to the diamonds (visible under magnification). It is currently a size 3, but can be resized free of charge. Materials: 14k gold, Sapphire, Diamond.
