I've been experimenting with Ochre's and Earth colours in the pursuit of Australian inspired Abstracts. They also provide a great way to then add bold colour that always seems to pop. Each study is approached in the same way any artwork is created. I continue to explore shape, line and composition until I feel something from the work. To me each one tells a
