St Aidans RSPB bird reserve is an amazingly vast space, right on the southern perimeter of Leeds, that at certain times of day can expose the soul to the most amazing light. This particular day I walked with the family through the reed beds, not really going anywhere specific, but just hoping that we avoided the rain
