Chablis L&C Poitout Bienommee Boasso Elegant • Balanced • ExpressiveThis Chablis Bienome is produced from one parcel named Vaudat in the village of Villy. The vines benefit from an eastern exposition and clear soils covered with gravel and small rocks. The wine is expressive, the nose offers a typical Chablis rocky, mineral note. On the palate the wine is generous, a smooth mouth coating feeling with a clean mineral finish. Aromas of candied fruits and distilled pairs stand out, the signature of a complex Chablis,
