Palate: Fruit cake, brown sugar, citrus sharpness, then some gingery notes, bitter oranges and a faint salty edge with a little nutmeg. Underlying hints of chocolate and toffee. Finish: long, with leafy notes, spices and lingering bittersweet oak spices. Soft fruity notes make a come back. Bottle Size: 70cls ABV: 56. 2%
