Appellation: 100% Napa Valley Varietal: 48% Merlot 33% Cabernet Sauvignon 19% Cabernet Franc Fermentation: 10 14 day fermentation in open top and median sized fermenters all cap irrigated with peak temps of between 80 85 F. All wine was aged in 60 gallon French barrels for 15 months. Wines were racked every 4 months and assemble 3 months before bottling.
