That pretty much sums up this piece! The label dates this piece to the early seventies. Dyed pink netting has a multi color pattern applied in a rainbow of pastels. That pattern was then appliqued over with gold threading and pastel colored metallic hued sequins. Under that outer layer is baby pink tissue silk. The entire thing weighs almost nothing. It snaps
