Weave it into your ladderback style and shaker style chairs using the traditional twill pattern (chairs that have 4 rungs around the seat). An interesting material for basketry as well. Not necessary to wet the material when weaving, but misting it a bit with water is ok. Approximately 200 feet per pound. 1 pound is enough to bottom a chair seat that measures 13 inches x 10 inches.
