Grapes 100% Sylvaner Viticulture The grapes are selected by hand to get the best quality from an old, small vineyard plot called Eppelsheimer Felsen. Winemaking Mash fermentation is performed. After three weeks, the grapes are pressed and the wine is stored in wooden barrels. A minimum amount of sulphur is added before bottling is used to stabilise the wine, which is unfiltered.
